Braw specializes in manufacturing and supplying of prototypes and various molds & dies, mainly for two types: Plastic injection moulds and die casting moulds. With over tens of years experience, we has become a one-stop source for all your custom injection molding needs. No matter what your need is, if it′s plastic, we can help. Since 2008, Braw starts providing service of part design, prototype making, mold design and moulds making. Now we are working with many clients from Germany, Spain, USA, Italy, Russia, Australia, south Asia and so on. We make two types of mold: One for prototype, another one for mass production. For automotive field, our direct or indirect customers cover Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Maserati, Chrysler, FIAT, GM and so on. For other field, our customers include IKEA, IEK and so on.
From the simplest to the most technical of parts, we can assist you in your product design and your tooling choice. Furthermore, our extensive experience in plastic (Nylon, ABS, HDPE, PVC, PET, Polycarbonate etc. ), enable us to assist you in making the ideal plastic resin choice for your parts
Braw has one professional engineers team. We take care every step of each projects from part design, mold design, mold making, sampling until shipment. We report customer weekly of each project, so that our clients know each step of their projects are operated by Braw.
Our tooling department conceives and manufactures custom quality molds that are built to last. A combination of our experienced molding team, our extensive support equipment and our up-to-date molding machines (with tonnage ranging from 28 to 1600 tons), allow us to produce parts molded of the most basic commodity materials to the most technical of engineering grades.
